Julieta Pariso graduated as Lawyer with Honors in Universidad de Buenos Aires and specialized in Business Law. Besides, she attended the postgraduate course: Actualización en Problemática de la Contratación Empresarial (“Updating in problems of business contracts”) rendered by Universidad Austral.
Since 2001, Mrs. Pariso has been a member of the professional team of Biscardi & Asociados, having been in charge of the contractual counsel to companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Renault Argentina, RCI Banque (Financiera de Renault Argentina SA), Editorial Perfil S.A. (and subsidiaries), GDC Argentina S.A., Pandurata Argentina S.A. and Daikin Air Conditioning Argentina S.A.
As partner in the law firm, position she assumed in 2012, she is in charge of the area of contracts, counseling and assisting clients in contractual negotiations such as distribution agreements, financing agreements, leasing, franchises, memoranda of understanding, purchase agreements of capital stocks, shareholders’ agreements and trusts, international purchases, international construction agreements and consultancy agreements, among others.
Mrs. Pariso has published several opinion articles in the national mass media and is co-author of the book “Los Aportes Irrevocables en el Derecho Argentino” (Irrevocable contributions in the Argentine Law).
