Marcelino Cornejo graduated as Lawyer specialized in Public Administrative Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires. He also completed an MA in Economic Administrative Law (UCA) and specialized in Constitutional Law (UCASAL).
His field of expertise focuses on general public law, tax law, foreign exchange law, regulated markets and constitutional law. Moreover, he has thorough knowledge and vast expertise in the reorganization of liabilities of companies and has conducted several reorganizations and bankruptcies proceedings.
As regards his academic activities, it is worth mentioning his participation in the chair of Advanced Constitutional Law course in the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Besides, he is external counselor of important government agencies of the state and provincial body and of the City of Buenos Aires as well. Likewise, he also counsels both national and foreign companies.
As guest and keynote speaker, he took part in corporate and academic environments such as the meeting on Current Tax Update organized by IDEA and the National Congress of Young Teachers of Constitutional Law held at the School of Law (UBA).
He has published several articles of his specialty in law journals and collaborated by writing articles and columns on current topics in various publications of the national communication media.
Recent Works include his participation as co-author and coordinator in Law of Purchases and Contract of the City of Buenos Aires¸ commented and reconciled, published by Abeledo Perrot in October, 2015.
